It is so easy to make a delicious, healthy smoothie.  All you need are some quality ingredients, a basic recipe, and a blender. Be sure to keep the following items on hand for quick and easy smoothie-making:

  • Probiotics like Kefir or Kombucha

Savory Smoothie Recipe:

  • ¼-1/2 cup water or ice chips
  • 1 cup Veggies
  • 1 cup Greens
  • Spices, Herbs (handful or to taste)
  • 1 scoop super food (amount depends on taste and consistency)

 Sweet Smoothie Recipe:

  • 1 cup Greens
  • 1 cup Fruit, Spices, and herbs
  • 1 cup Super Food
  • ¼ to ½ cup Nut milk
  • Optional Sweetener

Below is my favorite lunch smoothie recipe of all time.  It contains a punch of good fats, protein, probiotics, fiber, and cell-fortifying goodness.  It also gives those mid-day drowsies a kick!  Did I mention it’s delicious?

Everything’s Rosy Smoothie:

  • ¾ cup Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup Water Kefir Liquid
  • 1 cup Frozen Banana Slices
  • 2 Frozen Strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp Maca Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed Meal
  • Pinch of Ground Spirulina
  • 1 tsp. Cacao Powder
